Trial for the "Partizani" case postponed due to lawyers' boycott

The next court hearing for the "Partizani" case has been officially postponed to September 28, due to the absence of all defense lawyers in the courtroom.

The legal defenders had previously filed requests for postponement, justifying their non-participation with the decision of the National Chamber of Advocates for a general boycott of court proceedings.

Under these conditions, the trial panel was forced to adjourn the session and set a new date for the continuation of the review of the file.
