The court of Vlora has released from prison today the member of "Delta Force" Lisjan Myrtaj, who a few days ago was involved in an armed conflict in the coastal city.

Myrtaj was handcuffed after two types of cartridges were found at the scene in the "July 10" neighborhood, one model belonging to the effective work weapon and the other model suspected by the weapon of Juxhin Todi (alias Aliaj), having shots fired from more than a weapon.

In the testimony given before the black platoon, the officer Lisjan Myrtaj admitted that he shot with the service weapon in the direction of the other person, but it was stated that he did everything for self-defense and not criminal purposes.

Prosecutor Albert Kulicaj told the trial panel that an investigation had been launched against the police officer on the charge of "Intentional Murder" remaining in the attempt and requested that he be kept in a cell, but the judge decided to release Lisjan Myrtaj, to be investigated at large. .

During the court session, it turned out that the person Juxhin Aliaj, the son of the mayor of Kanina, published by the media in Vlora as the protagonist in this event, has nothing to do with this clash and was not at the scene.

But three days ago the Police and the Police Surveillance Agency announced that it was exactly about Juxhin Todin (alias Aliaj). "There were no injuries from the shooting, while the citizen Juxhin Todi left the scene leaving the vehicle", it was said, among other things, in the notification of AMP.
