Allegation of corruption, GJKKO releases the INUV employee from his cell

The Special Court has released Gentian Bakon, the INUV Elbasan employee who was wanted by SPAK for a corruption case, from prison.

A day ago, the judge of the case, Elsa Ulliri, partially accepted his request for release from the cell. A security measure has been set for him, mandatory appearance every Wednesday at 2:00 p.m.

The case was initially opened by the prosecutor's office of Elbasan, where the chief inspector of INUV, Andri Mehja, and inspector Bardhyl Qehja were proceeded with the security measure "arrest in prison".

Bako has come out of the SPAK investigation, that he cooperated with the other two people above for taking a bribe from a citizen, with the aim of not destroying his house.
