A 32-year-old Albanian imprisoned in France violently attacked last weekend (August 31), 3 of the officers of the prison where he was serving his sentence and then threatened the head of the sector and others with death, the day after the incident.

One of the officers was hit in the face by a piece of glass, receiving a serious wound. But not only that.

After being awaited for security measures at the Court of Bordeaux yesterday (September 3), the hearing seems to have failed and the suspect, whose name was not published, remained in the cells of Gradignan Prison.

The reason is a request for psychiatric expertise for the 32-year-old of Albanian origin, requested by the Prisons Union itself after the unprecedented event.

The French media "Sudouest" reports, among other things, the dynamics of crime:

"The incident took place inside the prison, as the Albanian physically attacked the prison employees, even hitting one of them in the face with a piece of glass and causing a wound that required 17 stitches from the doctors" .

The man then tried to attack a sector chief in the evening and then threaten other agents with death the next morning (September 1), according to the Ufap (UnSa Justice) union.

Violent prisoners (UDV) are placed in a special isolation unit. But now the treatment of the Albanian in a psychiatric unit is required, as he has shown signs of a strong mental disorder.

"His place should be in a dedicated psychiatric unit or UDV," the union said in a press release.
No details are given about the generalities and the crime committed by the 32-year-old Albanian.
