Five police officers caught 'taking money' from driver in Saranda

Police officers in Saranda

Five police officers were filmed taking money from a driver who had stopped in the city of Saranda.

Officers are filmed on video at the end of the seaside town's boardwalk. In fact, according to what is seen in the video, one of the police officers is seen reaching out and taking something thought to be money, from the driver of the car.

What makes the situation even more scandalous is that the other four police officers who are nearby do not react to the bribe, but are seen walking away smiling.
