An 18-year-old tragically lost his life in Shkodër.

The event was recorded in the village of Obot, when 18-year-old Remzi Duli entered the Buna river to bathe.

The police say that it is suspected that he was taken by the current of the river and as a result drowned.

The dead body of the teenager was found after searching along the flow of the river.

"Upon receiving the notification, the police services immediately went to the scene and in cooperation with the residents of the area searched along the course of the river, where they found the dead body of the 18-year-old", announced the police.

Investigators are continuing their work to clarify the full circumstances of this case.
