The Traffic Police of Tirana came to the aid of a 22-year-old man who had a motorcycle accident, donating blood.

The solidarity reaction came to an appeal to donate blood, distributed on social networks, by the family members of the young man Franko Mancellari, 22 years old, who had a motorcycle accident on 29.07.2022, in Gjirokastër.

Thus, a group of employees of the Tirana Traffic Police Station have organized on their own initiative, and went today at noon to the Trauma Hospital, Tirana, to donate blood.

The sensitization initiative of the employees of the Traffic Police Commissariat aims to convey the message that safe arrival at the destination should be the priority of every trip.

"Traffic police officers are near the citizens, not only to punish, in cases of non-compliance with traffic rules, but also to offer readiness and solidarity in those cases when road events have endangered their lives and health. Through this humane act, the Traffic Police again invites all citizens to respect the traffic rules, with the sole purpose of preventing accidents that endanger their lives and health. Together to protect life!" - writes the police.
