Bolzano

A 36-year-old Albanian lost his life yesterday afternoon after an accident in Appiano, Bolzano. The tragedy occurred a few minutes after 14:00, on the highway, when the van driven by Besmir Sadiku, a resident of Appiano, collided with a TIR truck, despite warnings of danger due to heavy traffic on the road.

The front of the van folded all around Sadik's body, leaving him no chance of living.

Emergency crews immediately arrived at the scene and quickly removed the body of the Albanian, while the helicopter arrived to transport him to the hospital, but everything was in vain, as he had died on the spot after the collision.
