The execution on December 30, 2012 of the businessman Ilir Rexhepi in Elbasan, prompted the city prosecutor to investigate the role in this event of three people from the city of Korça.

Mihal Toshi alias Mirgen Toshi, Kosta alias Anastas Ccollaku, who is known as "Tasi" in Korça, and Ervis Collaku, during the year 2020-2021, were kept under surveillance by the criminal police of Elbasan.

They allegedly acted in Elbasan as hired killers, on behalf of a criminal group in this city.

While for one of them, Mihal Toshin, the prosecution discovered a blood DNA trace that reveals him as a direct participant in the murder of Rexhepi, the prosecution has continued the investigations for the other two Collaks from Korça.

But while the prosecutor's office of Elbasan intercepted TASI, as the suspected author of the murder of Ilir Rexhepi, the brother of Roland Rexhepi (Doda), TASI appeared in the wiretapping while communicating with a person about buying votes on behalf of the candidate for deputy of Democratic Party in Korça district, Bledjon Nallbati.

Everything took place in the parliamentary elections of April 25, 2021, where the conversations between Anastas Çollakun and Gjergji Butka, turned out to have taken place on April 23 and 24, 2021.

During communications, Çollaku uses a mobile number +603, registered in the name of the wife of one of his friends.

On April 23, in the afternoon, Anastas Çollaku communicates on the phone with a petson who has the number +091, where the following conversation takes place between them:

Tasi : What are you doing?

+091 : Who are you..?

Tasi : Who am I?

+091 : Hey Tasi.

Tasi : Hey, where are you, what are you doing?

+091 : I'm never down here

Tasi : Dad came, or isn't he here?

Ndërkohë në datën 24 prill 2021, rreth orës 10:25 Tasi-Kristo Çollaku,  komunikon me Gjergji Butkën dhe zhvillojnë këtë bisedë:

Butka: Alo

Tasi: Ç'bën mo si je?

Butka: Po hiç ja kështu i sëmurë.

Tasi: More vesh kush jam?

Butka: Eee

Tasi: E more veshtë kush jam?

Butka: Jo

Tasi: Po pse flet atëherë?

Butka: Po mua virusi me la me pasoja...

Tasi: Tasi jam ore Tasi!

Butka: Tasi, po mirë në Tiranë bëra një muaj, ti e di.

Tasi: Do të marr nesër paradite.

Butka: Eee

Ndërkohë në datën 25 prill 2021, në ora 9:37 Anastas Çollaku bisedon me numrin +504 me emrin Visi, dhe zhvillojnë këtë bisedë:

Visi: Hë mo?

Tasi: Hë mo Viso mirmëngjes!

Visi: Mirmëngjes.

Tasi: Votovi babi juaj?

Visi: Se kam pyetur.

Tasi: Ti vajte votove?

Visi: Jo, ja pastaj

Tasi: E mirë, se mos harrosh të ja japësh Bledjonit...ore!

Lidhur më këtë situatë në prokurorinë e Elbasanit është marrë në pyetje Gjergji Butka, i cili ka deklaruar se nuk ka asnjë njohje me Anastas Çollakun nga Korça.

Për më tepër Butka ka treguar në prokurori se nuk ka marrë pjesë dhe nuk ka votuar në zgjedhjet parlamentare të 25 prillit 2021.

Por nga një verifikim të kryer pranë Komisionit Qendror të Zgjedhjeve, prokuroria e Elbasanit ka zbuluar se Gjergji Butka, ka votuar në 25 prill, pranë qendrës së votimit me nr.3636 në shkollën "Sevasti Qiriazi" në Korçë.

Gjithashtu nga dokumentacioni i administruar pranë KQZ, rezulton se në koalicionin zgjedhor PD-AN, në renditjen shumëemërore numri 4 ishte kandidati për deputet në Kuvendin e Shqipërisë, Bledjon Nallbati.

In these parliamentary elections, Nallbati won the mandate of the deputy, and is currently the deputy of the DP in the district of Korça.

In connection with this situation, in March 2023, the prosecutor's office of Elbasan issued the security measure "arrest in prison" in absentia for Anastas alias Kristo Çollaku.

Çollak was arrested 5 days ago by the police of Elbasan, on the charge of "Active corruption in elections".

While yesterday, judge Idush Maliqi decided to lock Anastas Çollaku in prison, setting the measure "Arrest in prison".
