Isuf Begaj, founder of the company "Erzeni", tells in "Real People" how everything started for the establishment of his company. He gives credit to his wife for the initiative and tireless work of love for agriculture, animal husbandry and nature.

"We got a cow from the agricultural cooperative and I took this cow to 9 head of cows in a very short time. So we were passionate, like me and my wife, who had worked in agriculture but rather in livestock, and we had a passion for cattle. Having 10 cows, we thought where to take all that milk at that time and thought of making a dairy.

But how would we do it? That we had no means at that time. My friend was very proactive, she said we will find the tools. He took the laundry tub and a can that we got from the cooperative for milk and we started work. A villager also brought milk and the amount we collected began to increase.

This led me to look for work tools in Berat and Kuçovo from sheet metal workers and that's how we started with difficulties. We have suffered a lot. I had a small dairy here and we did well. We took all the production we made to Berat by bus. We sold them at a reasonable price for 170 kilos of cheese. The woman stayed in the market, I went from store to store to find customers and then I captured all of Berat", he said.
