The media published the report of the preliminary expertise that was made to Brian Spahiu after he lost his life, after the surgical intervention in the dental clinic "Splendent".  

According to the preliminary expertise, as can be seen in the document, the cause of death was described as "Sudden death from previously unknown causes".

The death record bears the signature of the forensic expert Erindo Alla. The preliminary cause was determined on October 1, the day when the 3-year-old boy lost his life. However, a final report on the cause of death is still awaited.

Report Tv inquired with the doctors to get an explanation on the cause of death that was determined by the preliminary expertise. The doctors told Report Tv that such a cause is mainly given to young children, since at this age it is difficult to find a genuine or consolidated cause in a child's body.

A reason for determining the cause "Sudden death from previously unknown causes", doctors say it could also be a blood circulation disorder.

3-year-old Brian Spahiu died in the pediatric intensive care unit on October 1, 3 days after he underwent surgery at dentist Ina Xhaxho to fill 14 teeth. It was her father, Roland Xhaxho, who performed the anesthesia and both are under investigation, while the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana is continuing the investigations. The family members accuse the doctor of giving him a high dose of anesthesia, while they say that the boy was taken from the clinic in a serious condition.
