A terrible news came the day before from the Trauma Hospital where Kreshnik Tomai, father of three, had been fighting for his life in the intensive care unit for 10 days.

The 35-year-old could not win the battle with death. He passed away after 10 days in a coma, after being hit by a 17-year-old with a Range Rover in the city of Fier on August 24.

But, to the public, Kreshnik was not an unknown name. In the media and social networks, everyone knows him as the father who would do the impossible for his daughter's dream of becoming a singer.

He is the father of Nikita, the 10-year-old girl who has won the hearts of the public with her sweet voice and great desire to become a singer. Father and daughter have been invited to the television studio dozens of times, where Kreshnik has also stated in front of the cameras that until the end of his life he will be his little girl's greatest support.

"I wanted my first child to be a girl and I named her myself. I don't impose on her, let her choose whatever she wants. It's her dream and I will try to fulfill it," Kreshnik said at the time.

Father and daughter have also "stolen" the hearts of their followers on social media. Quite active on "TikTok", Kreshnik and Nikita published videos together for their followers, as well as fragments where the little one was seen singing.

We recall that the serious incident occurred on August 24 near the Music School in Fier. Tomani, while crossing the street, was hit by a vehicle driven by a 17-year-old.

He was urgently taken to Fier Hospital, but due to his serious condition, he was flown to Tirana where he remained in a coma for 10 days.

Despite medical interventions and intensive care, the injuries sustained in the accident proved fatal for the young man, who passed away today, September 3rd.

In connection with this incident, the police have arrested the 17-year-old, who is accused of the criminal offenses of "violating traffic rules" and "driving a vehicle improperly", while he was behind the wheel without a license./ Newsbomb.al
