Belinda Balluku

There are 31 defendants  in Belinda Balluku's case, including five builders and two private companies.

SPAK accuses Arbër Abazi of active corruption and document falsification, as he allegedly gave Balluk a villa in Palasa in exchange for the tender for Lot 7 of the Grand Ring Road.

Artan Sako, Paqsor Buzi and companies associated with them are also accused of forging documents  .

While Pandeli Carapuli is accused of money laundering in connection with the villa in White Rocks, in Dhërmi.

The other defendants are mainly former subordinates and associates of Balluk.

Ervis Berberi faces nine charges of violations in tenders, while over 10 people are accused of violations in the Llogora Tunnel tender, among them the former Secretary General of the Ministry of Interior, Viola Haxhiademi.
