When I took office, I had many challenges, and one of them was and still is the uncompromising fight against narcotics cultivation and trafficking. I assure you that I did not have media challenges, but I have life challenges, so you and all your colleagues, you must challenge evil, not to betray colleagues, but to protect the law and citizens. We are a very big family, which if it is united in challenges and priorities, no one should break and challenge it.
Cannabis is a great challenge because this activity empowers criminal groups and brings crime and insecurity to the lives and health of citizens. Fight hard, do not step on it, and you will always be by my side, to entrust you with tasks in the highest leadership roles, as you deserve. ”
