Igor Tudor has warned the players of his team that from next season he will no longer be in charge of Marseille. The French club and the Croatian technician are expected to formalize the decision to close the cooperation in the next few hours as Tudor is closer and closer to a return to Juventus.
The 45-year-old, who in the past has been in the role of a footballer in the whites, holding the captain's armband, but also in the role of Andrea Pirlo's assistant, is the favorite of the club's leaders to succeed Massimiliano Allegri, who failed to give him an "Old Lady" philosophy.
Tudor knows the environment in Turin well and is seen as the right person to return Juventus competing in the championship, as the whites need to start a new cycle based on young footballers such as Gatti, Fagioli, Miretti or even Iling Junior.
Tudor was appointed in charge of Marseille at the start of this season and has managed to deliver some exciting and productive football that has seen the team finish third in Ligue 1 and now looks set for the most important adventure of his career.
