Rudiger loses control, hits referee with ice bag. Here's the
Antonio Rudiger

After the final whistle in the Copa del Rey final, there was no shortage of tensions between Real Madrid players and the main referee, who has been mentioned for several days for his decisions in the Madrid pages.

It was Antonio Rudiger who lost control, as he hit the referee with an ice bag from the bench after he awarded a foul against his team in the final moments.

According to the protocol, the German risks a 4 to 12 week suspension and has practically ended the season with "Los Blancos".

This is the first reaction from the Madrid defender.

"There is no excuse for my behavior last night. I am very sorry for that. We played a very good game from the second half.

"After 111 minutes, I could no longer help the team and before the final whistle I made a mistake. I apologize to the referee and to everyone who was disappointed with me last night," Rydiger wrote.

In addition to him, after the final whistle, the referee also sent off Bellingham and Lucas Vazquez, both for insults and continuous opposition to the referee.
