The Albanian national team arrived at noon today in Tel Aviv, where tomorrow evening they will face Israel in the return match of the League of Nations, while coach Edi Reja went to the usual press conference, where he spoke about the state of the team on the eve of the challenge.

The Italian coach of the Reds and Blacks said that during this week this challenge has been prepared as a final, since Albania only cares about the victory in Israel, as he said that absences will not affect, but only the desire of the footballers on the field will decide.

Did you treat it as a final match and is this a final for Albania?

If we want to hope for first place, we have no choice but to get the win here tomorrow. We have only one point and the opponent 5, so we are doomed to win, to be within the objectives. I will ask all the players on the field to come down to give their best. We have worked hard this week and we have shown a lot of attention in terms of tactics, so I am convinced that we will have a very good match. We have to look for victory, but also be careful, as we know that the opponent is satisfied with one point and, moreover, has a very dangerous counterattack. We hope that we will have luck on our side, or the episodes that penalized us the other times.

How do you feel in Israel before an important match? How do you see the absence of Zahavi for the opponent?

We know Zahavi's strength, but whoever replaces him will give his best. Absences do not affect at all, but I think the difference will be made by the desire to win. We know the opponent and we know his strength, but tomorrow the team that has the most desire to win and will go to the field with the right mentality will win.

Who will the absence weigh more, Albania or Israel?

Absences will not weigh at all, but physical form and the desire to give the maximum and win. We have to go on the field and play, because apart from the absences, in the group both us and Israel have the right players to play. Tomorrow I expect us to be a real team, playing without fear and without any sense of inferiority.

How did you prepare for the challenge with Israel?

We know Israel well and we know how they play, so we prepared based on this knowledge, but then things change on the field. We have to withstand the pressure, especially in the first few minutes and then be attentive, win as many duels as possible and above all, use our chances to score. We have to play a perfect match, both defensively and offensively, as we need the win and that is achieved by scoring.
