It has not happened for 26 years, the red and black national team can register
Lenjani's goal celebration

The Albanian national team remains in search of the first success for 2022. Edi Reja's Reds have recorded 4 draws and 3 losses during this year, while they have two more matches left to play.

On October 20, we face Saudi Arabia in a friendly, while on November 16, we play a luxury friendly against Italy in "Air Albania".

If the National team does not win one of these two challenges, it would register a negative record after 26 years!

1996 is the last year that Albania ended without any victory. Neptun Bajko was the coach that year. The national team played 5 matches, drawing two of them and losing the other 3.

The two most successful years in terms of the number of victories are the year 2021 with a total of six successes and the year 2010 with five triumphs.
