The trial begins, City risks exemplary punishment if found guilty

In England, the trial for Manchester City has started, for 115 charges of violating "Financial Fair Play", from 2009 to 2018.

According to recent reports, "citizens" may face very severe punishment. "The Telegraph" informs, that in case it is declared guilty, the club risks an exemplary penalty.

As well as being banned from the Premier League and having points deducted, City could also face bans from the FA Cup, Champions League and Club World Cup.

At the English club, they are starting to get scared, although the final decision will be made in a few months.
