Thiago Silva returns to the Serbian coach: Do you know who we are?

Brazil won 2-0 in the first match at the World Cup in Qatar. Richarlison punished the Serbian national team twice and gave the five-time world champions the first three points in the most important football competition.

Brazil captain Thiago Silva waited until the end of the match to give an answer to the Serbia coach, who spared no stings for Brazil's defense before the start of the challenge.

"Brazil are lucky to have four strikers, but what about the defence? Do they have people who will play in defense?", declared Dragan Stojkovic.

Thiago Silva has been one of the strongest defenders for years. He does not like to get involved in controversy, but he is the first to react and defend his teammates when the latter are provoked.

"How can the coach of Serbia question our defense?! How can he speak as if we have no protection?! It was pure disrespect. Me, Marquinhos, Alisson, Danilo, Alex Sandro and Casemiro have a history behind us.

He should be informed more before he speaks", declared the 38-year-old, who against Serbia recorded match number 110 with the Seleção national team jersey, while he is playing the fourth World Cup in his career.

Brazil won and kept a clean sheet, as in the last 12 games they have conceded only two goals: one against Ecuador in the World Cup qualifiers and another in the friendly won 4-1 against Tunisia.
