Lorik Cana's wife, Monica, has revealed interesting behind-the-scenes from the beginning of their relationship. The most important and closest people of the former Albanian footballer have spoken in the documentary "Lorik", which was dedicated to the legendary captain.

Monica has told the love story with the ex-footballer, revealing a detail that was not known until now... the two had been separated for a few months after Lorik Cana wanted an Albanian woman. 

"I go with some of my friends to the restaurant. There was a big table and I sat in front of it. Lorik was also there and we often exchanged glances and smiles.

At the end, the waitress comes to bring the bill and also brings me a letter with the phone number and name. When I go home I write: 'The time for letters is over.
