Ilir Daja leaves the Balkans. Will he take over Dinamo in Albania?
Uncle Ilir

Ilir Daja has ended his adventure as coach of the Balkans in Kosovo. The capital coach has communicated his departure to the players, immediately after the loss with Malisheva in the championship.

A decision that was actually expected, as it was discussed for a long time. Daja took charge of the Balkans in 2022 and immediately won the first championship title.

In the 57-year-old's second year, the Balkans dominated Kosovo's football elite and achieved a historic success by entering the Conference League groups for the first time.

In the third year, Daja won the title and the Kosovo Cup, but the many departures made it fail in the European progress.

The coach from Tirana is thus leaving the Balkans, after a very successful period. From Kosovo, it is said that the technician is in advanced talks to take the direction of Dinamo in Albania.
