The return of violence in Albanian football has been accompanied by the harsh decisions of the Disciplinary Committee.

The president of Gramsci, Andrit Bici, was excluded for two years from all national sports activities, because he punched the referee.

For the violence after awarding a penalty to the opposing team, the only 24-year-old president of the team is also banned from entering stadiums and sports activities.

After the scandalous event, Gramsci's club lost the challenge with Valbona 3-0 on the table and will play all the remaining matches of the season in the Second Category without spectators.
