The Albanian volleyball player is the best scorer of Roma Volley

Roma Volley Club was crowned Serie A2 women's champion after an excellent season in which there was only one loss.

The team where the captain of the national team, Erblira Bici, also plays, lifted the trophy on Sunday evening after a 3-2 victory with Trentino Volley. According to Bici, this was achieved thanks to the strength of the group.

"It has been a beautiful year for me and for the team, for what we have done from the beginning until today. Serie A1 is more difficult, but we have shown that it is not only the big names that matter, but the strength of the group."

Erblira Bici scored 385 points in 26 games, the best for her team. This season, Roma Volley Club also won the Italian Cup in Serie A2, while earlier securing promotion to the elite league in Italian volleyball.

Erblira Bici has been playing in Italy since 2016 and in the 2018-2019 season won the Italian Cup in Serie A1 and the Champions League with Novara.
