The Ethics and Discipline Commission at the AFL, in its next meeting, was harsh towards the violence that happened last weekend, in the meeting Tërbuni-Turbina (1-1), held at the stadium "Ismail Xhemali" Pukes.

After being recognized by the materials presented by the competition department, the Ethics and Discipline Commission, in addition to the loss of the match 3-0 on the table and the punishment with a financial fine of 300,000 lek, made a decision to exclude the Rage team from the First Category championship and his relegation one category below next season.

Here are the decisions made by the Ethics and Discipline Committee in its last meeting:

1. FK Tërbuni, for repeatedly failing to fulfill responsibilities, causing acts of violence and not guaranteeing the safety of match officials, based on Articles 30/1, 30/4/a, 31, 39/1, 65/1 and 65/3/c of ​​KDS, loses the table match with the result 3-0 against KF Turbina and is fined 300,000 (three hundred thousand) ALL. According to Article 116/1/a of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.
Pursuant to Articles 27, 28, 63, 64/2, 65/4/d and 114/2 of the KDS, FK Tërbuni is excluded from football activity for the 2022-2023 season and is reduced to a lower category.

2. KF ADA player, Jonuz Meta, for protesting the decisions of the match official, based on Article 55/2 of the KDS, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from the activity.

3. The player of KF Devolli, Mateo Pere, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the opponent, based on Article 47/1/d of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from the activity.

4. The official of KF Devolli, Egli Malaysia, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the opponent, based on article 47/2/a of the KDS, is punished with 3 (three) match suspension from the activity.

5. The player of Laberia FC, Alvi Ahmetaj, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the opponent, based on Article 47/1/d of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from the activity.

6. The official of Laberia FC, Dritan Resuli, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match official, based on article 48/2/a of the KDS, is punished with 8 (eight) match suspension from the activity.

7. Laberia FC, për sjellje të gabuar të spektatorëve, në bazë të nenit 65/1 dhe 65/3/c të KDS, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë. Në zbatim të nenit 116/1/b të KDS, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 20%.

8. Lojtari i KF Butrinti, Erald Husi, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtareve te ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 48/1/a të KDS, dënohet me 6 (gjashtë) ndeshje pezullim nga aktiviteti. Në aplikim të nenit 32/2/3 të KDS, vendoset pezullimi i pjesshëm i zbatimit të dënimit pas shlyerjes së gjysmës së tij. Periudha e pezullimit me kusht, në zbatim të nenit 32/4 të KDS, do të jetë 6 (gjashtë) muaj.

9. Lojtari i Flamurtari FC U-19, Albjon Hasanaj, për protestë ndaj vendimeve të zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 55/2 të KDS, dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga aktiviteti.

10. Lojtari i Flamurtari FC U-14, Markelio Vasku, për sjellje josportive ndaj kundershtarit, në bazë të nenit 47/1/d të KDS, dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga aktiviteti.

11. Lojtari i FC Internacional Tirana U-14, Olti Shehu, për sjellje josportive ndaj kundershtarit, në bazë të nenit 47/1/d të KDS, dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga aktiviteti.

12. Zyrtari i FC Internacional Tirana U-14, Erald Pustina, për protestë ndaj vendimeve të zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 55/2 të KDS, dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga aktiviteti.

13. Lojtari i KF Skënderbeu U-19, Rei Dalipi, për sjellje josportive ndaj kundershtarit, në bazë të nenit 47/1/d të KDS, dënohet me 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga aktiviteti.

14. FK Apolonia U-21, for abandoning the valid match for the Abissnet Superiore U-21 Championship, against KF Vllaznia U-21, based on article 54/1 of the KDS, loses the match on the table with the result 3 - 0 and i 3 points are deducted from the classification.
