CR7's farewell

The separation between Cristiano Ronaldo and Manchester United was only a matter of time. Now came the officialization. CR7 thus says goodbye to the club for the second time in his career.

The Portuguese has stated that despite the fact that he loves Manchester United and the fans, according to CR7 it is now time for a new challenge.

"After discussions with Manchester United, we have mutually agreed to terminate our contract early. I love Manchester United and I love the fans, that will never change. However, the time seems right to seek a new challenge. I wish the team success for the rest of the season and for the future," said Ronaldo.
