The police have announced that they have arrested "3 citizens and are prosecuting 6 others for illegal actions committed during the rallies on October 7 and 8."

"Following the investigative and procedural actions carried out by the Tirana Police structures, with the aim of identifying and bringing to criminal responsibility the perpetrators of illegal actions during the rallies held in the capital, citizens EL, 28 years old, F. Rr., 29 years old and AA, 39 years old were arrested in flagrante delicto; the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where proceedings were initiated in the absence of citizens EP, 39 years old, BM, 20 years old, IT, 51 years old, MC, 65 years old, LB, 39 years old and EE, 35 years old," the police statement reads, writes A2.

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, for further action, for the criminal offenses of "Assault due to duty", "Resistance to a public order police officer", "Disobedience to an order of a public order police officer", "Disturbance of public peace" and "Obstruction of the circulation of means of transport".
