Diella 4.0 has arrived and now the filling of forms and applications in e-Albania is done through it. Prime Minister Edi Rama stated during the presentation of the new version that it is now the active phase of Diella.

"We are in the phase we promised that Diella will move into a very active position where it does things on its own, all you have to do is request it and wait a few minutes for the entire service to arrive," said Rama.

19 services are generated with just a voice command. Services for pensioners have some questions from Diella like “inside or outside the country”. Eye identification is also included.

"Introduce yourself to the new powers of Diella, download the application and have e-Albanian at your service, with a simple command and waiting there, Diella works and you have the service," said Rama.
