The joint draft between the PS and the DP for electoral reform is revealed.

The two parties will vote in session to make way for immigrants who have a correct residence address to vote.

The point that separated the two parties, meanwhile, was how the mandates would be divided. The Socialists had a 7,000-vote threshold to break the time limit, while Democrats demanded 100% open lists.

In the draft obtained by Top Channel, the SP has given up the 7,000 vote threshold, while Democrats have accepted that 1/3 of the list in each district is closed.
