The decision on how the members of the Complaints and Sanctions Commission (KAS) voted for the registration of the Democratic Party in the local elections of May 14, with Enkelejd Alibeajn as its chairman, has been clarified. 

The decision was taken with 4 votes in favor and 1 against. More specifically, Elvin Lako, Ilirjan Rusmajli, Koli Bele and Ledio Braho have voted for the registration of Alibeaj PD, against the only vote against, that of Elvis Çefa.

KAS has decided today that DP submits the documents with the signature of Enkelejd Alibeaj, overturning the decision of Ilirjan Celibashi, who claimed that Lulzim Basha was still the chairman of DP.

With this decision, KAS practically says that the commanding chairman of the Democratic Party will have to represent this party with the full attributes of the chairman, i.e. by signing the solemn declaration but also by submitting corrected data of the chairman in the registration request, now not the name of Lulzim Basha but the name of Enkelejd Alibeaj. So, even on the ballot, the name next to the Democratic Party will be Enkelejd Alibeaj. 

After the decision of KAS, the commanding chairman of DP Enkelejd Alibeaj, has called for the democrats to come out united and with a candidate in the elections against the regime of Edi Rama.
