Deputy Pandeli Majko has apologized for the incident with the journalists as he was entering the Assembly hall.
Regarding this event, democratic MPs also raised their voices in the Assembly, namely Jorida Tabaku and Ina Zhupa, who asked the Speaker Elisa Spiropali to take disciplinary measures against the Socialist MP.
"I apologize for pushing the journalists' microphones, especially the journalist who was pregnant," said Majko.
Before the start of the parliamentary session, Majko was asked if he feels threatened that he will be on the open list of candidates for deputies in the upcoming elections.
At first he chose not to speak, but then Majko reacted by forcibly removing the microphone from him.
