"Throughout the years, Jamarbër Malltezi has been found to have bought properties not only in Albania but also abroad in Europe, for which there are no traces in the asset declarations", SPAK notes.

It turns out that from 2018 to 2021, Malltezi bought property in Budapest, Hungary, worth 155 thousand euros, property in Munich, an apartment worth 395 thousand euros in Belgium, and he bought his daughter an apartment in Rotermad, the Netherlands, at a price of 360 thousand euros.

SPAK has analyzed the data of the personal account of Jamarbër Malltezi in the bank U..B sh.a., with account number.......127 in the euro currency, where it finds that several outgoing transfers have been made, which from the description of the transactions refer to in payments for a real estate.

Property in Budapest 155 thousand euros

It turns out that in 2018, Malltezi bought a property, real estate, in Budapest, Hungary, in the value of 155 thousand euros. Three transfers for this property are recorded in the SPAK file.

The first transfer was made on 21.12. 2018 in the amount of 15,530 euros, as the first payment for the pre-sale and purchase contract. It is about a contract signed on 20.12.2018 with Adria Immobiliare Kft H.Dozsa Gjorgy Ut 86.B Budapest".

The second transfer was made on the same day on 21.12.2018 in the amount of 15.530 euros with the description "int outg mt from the account Down Payment For Pre Sale And Purchase Contract Dt 20.12.2018 Red Pro Kft 1061 Andrassy 456 Budapest". So advance payment for the sale contract dt. 20.12.2018.

The third transfer was made, 2 months later, on 20.02. 2019 in the amount of 124,240 euros, which was the payment of the remaining part for the purchase contract dated 20.12.2018. Likewise, during 2019, there are bill payments, among others, in 'Andrassy Ut 55 Budapest 7,885 euros.

Transfer to Germany, Munich

From the analysis of bank data, from the bank account of Jamarbër Malltezi in U... Bank sh.a., with number 11.......... in euro currency, outgoing transfers totaling 137,000 euros were made to to the account of Jamarbër Malltez (with address Schelling Str 24, 80799 Munchen, DE) at Deutsche Bank Ag, Postbank Branch (Formely Deutsche Postbank Ag) (Frankfurt Branch) Bonn De.

In total, for the year 2021, there will be 16 transfers, of which 4 with a value of 4,000 euros, 4 with a value of 4,500 euros, 2 with a value of 5,000 euros, 2 with a value of 8,000 euros, 2 with a value of 15,000 , 2 with a value of 15,000 euros, one with a value of 22,000 euros and one with a value of 25,000 euros.

SPAK evidences that from the analysis of the bank data in 2021, in the bank account of Jamarbër Malltezi in UB sh.a., in euro currency, four outgoing transactions/transfers totaling 460,000 euros to Germany were carried out as follows:

First payment: Date 12.08.2021 in the amount of 150,000 euros with description "Int outg mt from account payment for first installment loan for apartment purchase Jamarber Malltezi Schelling Str 24 Munich". The first payment for the purchase of an apartment.

Second payment: Date 16.08.2021 in the amount of 150,000 euros with description "Int outg mt from account second isntallment of bank loan for purchase an apartment Jamarber Malltezi Schelling st. 24 Munich". The second payment for the purchase of an apartment.

Third payment: Date 02.09 2021 in the amount of 80,000 with description "Int Outg MT from the account Buying apartment- 3rd installment Jamarber Malltezi Schellingstr. 24". Payment of the third installment for the purchase of an apartment.

Fourth payment: Date 07.09.2021 in the amount of 80,000 euros with description "Int Outg MT from account Purchase apartment 4th installment Jamarber Malltezi Schellingstr. 24". Payment of the fourth installment for the purchase of an apartment.

How is the apartment bought for 395 thousand euros in Brussels

"The outgoing transfers are to the Netherlands in the bank account of the girl Dasara Malltezi in Rotterdam", says the SPAK file. SPAK also says that it has administered the contract which results in "the sale price of the property is 360,000 euros".

 "It is worth noting that citizen Argita Malltezi, who is the only one from the Malltezi family who declares assets in compliance with law no. 9049/2003 (her husband has declared only with certain periods as a person related to own father's), does not declare the spouse's income, expenses or assets, nor his participation as a partner in the company Homeplan sh.pk, which according to the Family Code, they have in joint ownership.
