Just like the warning in the morning, the Minister of Justice, Ulsi Manja, has submitted to SPAK the criminal report for the tragic event of January 21, where 4 protesters were killed in front of the Prime Minister's Office: Ziver Veizi, Faik Myrtaj, Hekuran Deda and Aleks Nika.

Ulsi Manja has reported Sali Berisha, in the capacity of the former prime minister, Lulzim Basha, the former minister of the interior at that time, and Ndrea Prendi, the former commander of the Guard. They are accused of the criminal offense "Murder in other qualifying circumstances".

Earlier during the statement to the media, Minister Ulsi Manja emphasized that he expects SPAK to show that he is up to the task he has and to investigate anyone regardless of the hierarchy he had or has in the state.

For the event of January 21, new evidence has emerged for which the Prosecutor's Office started investigations today.

Last Friday, the chronicler, Artan Hoxha, published for the first time on the show "Zone Zero" on Top News an audio-recording that clearly showed that the order for the killings on January 21, 2011 were given from above.

The audio recording belonged to a radio channel, where only the head of the Guard at that time Ndrea Prendi and his subordinates, as well as the General Director of the State Police and the Director of the Tirana Police at that time were present. According to the journalist, that material was stored by an allied country.
