Within the negotiation plan, which is the end of 2027, for this we have been given a deadline of 2028 as an interim time when the negotiations are considered technically completed and the issue can go to the level of the European Council and then it will pass to ratify Albania's membership in the member states. Of course, citizens are right to complain regarding the issue of property titles where great progress has been made.
