Ervin Salianji
Deputy Ervin Salianji appeared today at the Court of Appeal where the decision on the "Babalja" file is expected to be handed down.

Salianji opposes the sentence of 1 year in prison, given by the Court of Tirana in December 2019 for the charge of "false report".
Although he was sentenced to prison, he did not go to jail, as he was investigated and tried without security measures.
According to the Tirana Court, Salianji and the journalist staged an audio-tap and false criminal charges against the brother of the former Minister of the Interior, Fatmir Xhafa.
