Ilir Meta does not receive any good praise in his term as president from the Albanian citizens. The barometer published in Euronews Albania shows that 73% of respondents negatively evaluate his work in these 5 years.

Meta is also evaluated negatively for his position regarding the Constitutional Court by about 66% of citizens. His attitudes towards the National Theater (64.4%), towards the American embassy (73%) and the local elections of 2019 (75%) also receive negative evaluations.

Albanians view Meta's attitude towards the opposition (68.3%) and the majority (73.9%) negatively. Only one in ten Albanians see Ilir Meta's attitude towards the National Theater (11.3%), the opposition (11.4%) and the majority (9.2%) as positive.

The findings are from the barometer survey in Euronews Albania, conducted by MRB and Data Centrum at the national level on April 25 - March 5 with 1000 face-to-face interviews.
