The deputy of the Democratic Party, Albana Vokshi, has informed that she has filed a criminal complaint with the SPAK against any person, including Prime Minister Edi Rama, who, according to her, "abused his duty, stole, or did not react to the situation in the Oncology Hospital".

" After the publication of the scandal, Edi Rama hastened to blame the doctors and did not take any measures. The Minister of Health was disgusted by the doctors and did not take any measures. The head of the service and the Director of QSUT neither analyzed the situation, nor reacted, they even accepted all the shortages in medications, cures, the lack of functioning of equipment and apparatus in Oncology as nothing. What happened to the oncologist is just another scandal, in the long line of scandals of this government, with the only difference, that every day this scandal lasts, every day there is no reaction, more patients' health deteriorates, more they lose life ", said Vokshi.

"The Democratic Party not only denounced it, the deputies of the Democratic Party requested interpellations, hearings in the commission, but I personally reported criminally to SPAK every person who abused their duty, stole, or did not react to the situation. I made the report:

- Ilir Beqaj, former Minister of Health

- Ogerta Manastirlliu, former Minister of Health

– Albana Koçiu, current Minister of Health

– Enkel Joti, former director of QSUNT

– Albana Fico, former Director of QSUNT

- Deputy Directors of QSUT, Heads of Services, any other person from the investigation will be criminally responsible", added Vokshi.

The democratic deputy showed what she wants from SPAK: "In the report we not only have the lack of drugs, not only the malfunctioning of the devices, but together with the health experts from the DP we have made an in-depth analysis of the situation in health focusing on the problems that related to the oncological situation. On behalf of SPAK, we request: the registration and initiation of criminal proceedings against the above-mentioned citizens for committing the criminal offenses 'Intentional murder', 'Intentional murder in connection with another crime', 'Negligence in medical treatment', 'Nuclear materials and dangerous radioactive substances', 'Abuse of duty'.
