This place is expected to be taken by Belinda Balluku, the deputy prime minister and the Minister of Infrastructure, who is always gaining more and more points in the eyes of Rama, so much so that the most important ministries are being run by her former subordinates.

Yesterday, Balluku published a video from Fieri where he was welcomed with a cake named after her "Belinda", while she was accompanied by MP Antoneta Dhima.

This was also a warning video of the change in the SP, as Balluku will leave Dibra to run Fier for the 2005 elections.
