SPAK has requested the dismissal of the case of Bledion Nallbati's assault on Socialist MP Vullnet Sinaj.

There was a complaint from both Çuçi and the DP group for " strike due to duty ", but the Special Prosecutor's Office requested the dismissal of the case.

The physical clash between deputy Nallbati and Sinaj happened during the plenary session of October 30, 2023, as the opposition was trying to block the work of the parliament.

While Sinaj was speaking, MP Nallbati, who was nearby, went and turned off his microphone.

The incident caused the two MPs to get involved in a physical fight. It was the guard and other colleagues of the parliament who calmed down the situation and stopped the escalation of the conflict.

After the fight, the democratic deputy, Bledion Nallbati, was expelled from the plenary session.
