Lawyer Spartak Ngjela has reacted to the Prime Minister's idea of ​​creating a new Bektashi state within Tirana.

He says that this is Belgrade's scheme to destroy Albania, however this act is "not allowed by the Constitution.

What we heard about the small Islamic-Bektashi state from Edi Rama is understood to be Belgrade's scheme to destroy Albania.

An ignorant anti-national mischief of Edi Rama, who, as a family, is known to be of Armenian origin in Durrës.
Albanians should not be silent against such an individual with anti-national charges in his ideological formation, especially the socialists who are known as a patriotic party.

Such an act, even though it is an impossible request to realize because the constitution does not allow it, every individual dealing with politics should be very careful.

Rama's request as prime minister has no legal scope to be accepted. However, the fact that a prime minister in Tirana thinks of this national betrayal against the territory of the Republic of Albania, it is understood that, indirectly, this individual has no connection with Albania.

And Article 10/1 of the Constitution is expressed in a taxing way in the introduction of the Constitution of Albania:
In the Republic of Albania there is no official religion.

The Constitution of Albania in its first article, which is actually the theoretical-constitutional conception of the entire Constitution, states:

The Republic of Albania is a unitary and indivisible state.

It is good that, in the future, the ignorant prime ministers and the three religions in Albania, together, should be careful.
