Director Edmond Budina has accused the group of opposition MPs who were with Lulzim Basha two years ago, when the National Corporal collapsed in the center of Tirana. 

Budina told News24 that together with the LSI, they knew what was going to happen that evening on May 17 and left on purpose.

Edmond Budina:  Today we have an opposition that does not sleep. I see it in the way he reacts. So far, the things they have done are real, this can be seen in the fear that has occupied the position. They try to one-up each other and take them out of the game... The position has become afraid.

I do not say that this opposition is innocent. They have also been in power. If they own up to the mistakes they've made and do so honestly, things will change.

Question:  The division of DP into two groups and today's protest of Meta?

Edmond Budina:  It is not good that they are divided. But I would say that the division is only among the deputies, among those who receive salaries and are in Parliament without merit. For the Basha group. Some of them are there without merit, they have not done anything in these 9 years. They only do it to hold those positions. Let them go to the base and see how many votes they will get.

The actions that are carried out, because I have seen them make a show with the commissions that nothing is resolved there, they make a show, but they do not go to report to SPAK, to clash with the Government. But just talk, talk. In the movement we had for the Theater, they committed a criminal act. They had clues that it would collapse that night, they weren't there.
