The leader of the Democratic Party has reacted to a position of the State Department, which was asked by American journalist Marc Caputo regarding the possibility of Sali Berisha's trip to the US.

According to the journalist working for the " Axios " agency, Berisha may go to the US.

"I asked the State Department about Berisha's visa status and they told me he can come to the US," the journalist writes in X.

Regarding this, Berisha said today in a statement to the media that this support and decision by the Trump administration is a decision to be welcomed, as he said that he sees it as a reward for all Democrats who stood by the right cause.
