Four days before the May 11 elections, problems with the diaspora vote remain present, especially the issue of envelopes in Greece.

1920 votes received so far are "defective". The CEC has also informed the DP about this figure, which has made an official request regarding the matter.

198 people have found independent ways to deliver their ballots on time.

"Envelopes with electoral documentation have been delivered to the Central Election Commission, both by hand by citizens and by other mail," the CEC informs.
Regarding the problems with Greece, it is learned that the CEC has also made an urgent request to the postal company DHL.

Clarifications are required regarding the personnel engaged in the process, whether it was left to a third party and the reasons why, if so, the number of voters who were not delivered an envelope or whose addresses were not found, or who were not delivered at all, the number of envelopes returned, or those that were received and not returned.

CEC request for DHL:

"Regarding the process of distributing electoral documentation with Greece, please send us URGENTLY a report regarding this process, referring to the following issues:

1. What are the structures and/or personnel engaged in this process?

2. Has this process been delegated to third parties? If so, what is the agreement?

3. What is the number of voters who have not been sent a notification of the CEC postal delivery?

4. What are the reasons why this has not been done?

5. How many voters were not given their election documentation at all?

6. What is the number of voters who have not been personally delivered electoral documentation?

7. Do you have documentary evidence of cases of election documentation being delivered personally to voters?

8. How many voters have had their election documents collected at their homes after being requested to do so by the voter? Do you have the supporting documentation for these cases?

9. What is the number of voters who have submitted/returned their electoral documentation to offices or other reception centers of the postal service operator? What is the supporting documentation for this case?"/reporttv
