Just like four years ago and in the same place, Prime Minister Edi Rama signed the "Kuçi memorandum", predicting the outcome of May 11.

As can be seen from this handwritten letter, the Socialists consider it 100% certain to win 4 more mandates than in 2021, bringing their figure to 78 mandates.

Rama claims to receive one more mandate in the districts of Dibra, Shkodra, Elbasan and Fier.

However, the Socialists' predictions go beyond the figure of 78 mandates.

With a 50% chance, they predict six more mandates in districts such as Tirana, Kukës, Vlora and Durrës.
