Lands are registered in Bulqiza, Lame joked with the residents: It seemed as if

Bulqiza was the next station where, in the cadastral area 1764 covering the village of Gjoricë, the State Agency of Cadastre completed the initial registration and started the delivery of certificates of ownership of agricultural land and housing.

The director of the Albanian Cadastre Artan Lame, the mayor of Bulqiza Lefter Alla and the chief of the area of Bulqiza Albjon Gjimo were present at this event in the village of Gjoricë, which is considered the "Museum of Bulqiza" due to the large extent of the field and the fertility of the land. earth.

This whole area is intensively cultivated and produces abundant agricultural products. It is precisely this fact that explains that, although it is a deep area, the interest of farmers in the land certification process was great. About 1,100 agricultural plots, as well as about 500 objects, apartments, warehouses, etc., were subjected to the certification process.

It is worth noting that in this case the initial registration was made possible through the Municipality-Cadastre joint agreement, according to which the Municipality procures the field works and measurements, while the Cadastre undertakes the production of the cartographic product and its certification. This is a technology that in recent years the Cadastre is trying to spread to other municipalities, as it would not only speed up the property registration process, but also create new specialized technical capacities at the local government. There are a number of Municipalities that have already started to use this cooperation agreement with the Cadastre, including the Municipalities of Malsi and Mashe, Kukës, Fier, Finiq, etc.

The village of Gjorica is remembered in history for the Dibra uprising of 1844, which took place right in the field of Gjorica and which has left as a memory the song of Hajredin Pasha, which is sung today all day.

"As long as you had the land without documents, it seemed as if Hajred Pasha was still coming around here with his army to take the land," said Lame.

The Mayor of Bulqiza, Lefter Alla, said that the cooperation with the Cadastre was born as a need for the community to have the opportunity to invest in their property. Alla promised that there will be a "One Stop Shop" that will help citizens to apply and provide support for what they need in relation to other institutions and the municipality.
