A hearing was held today in the Court of Tirana for the review of the request filed by the group represented by Gazment Bardhi, for the de-registration of the name of Lulzim Basha as chairman of the DP.

The hearing was postponed to April 30, during which the Court of Tirana will also administer the decision of the Supreme Court, which returned the PD case to the Appeal for retrial.

In the same session, it will also be expressed about the legitimacy or not of Basha's group as a party in the process.

We remind you that the National Council of DP on July 27, 2023 has decided to request the deregistration of the former chairman of DP Basha from the register of political parties. The group represented by the latter has requested to be included as a party in the process.
