In the debate in the Assembly, Prime Minister Rama had a clash with the Democratic MP Edmond Spaho. As Rama spoke Spaho intervened.

"Professor, do not shout. I miss you, I did not expect you to receive the flag of war with America.

I see your degradation as part of being part of a herd where stupidity is a contagious disease. I welcome you to reply to me. " You are that thing divided in half ," Rama told

While Spaho took the floor and made accusations about the Butrint case.

" You know who the Albanian-American Foundation is," he said. We know very well. It was established in 1993. I was one of the Albanian representatives in that foundation (Rama intervenes: Well, you are leaked then).

Since then they wanted to take Butrint and left no stone unturned. And the EBRD told us since then that not because it is not a scheme for you but to make money ", said Spaho.
