Socialist leader Edi Rama has gathered the candidates for deputy of the Socialist Party for the Tirana District at the pink headquarters. Also present are the two district leaders, Ogerta Manastirliu and Elisa Spiropali, who are on the closed list for Tirana.

Tirana is the region that produces the largest number of mandates in these elections, a full 37, and is thus the main battleground between political parties. The Tirana Region has 49 candidates, 12 on the closed list of 37.

The political leader of the Tirana district for the Socialist Party, Ogerta Manastirliu, in the meeting with the candidates for deputies of this district, said that the combination of the experience of the deputies and the young people who have joined the SP team will allow the party to achieve its ambitious objectives. 

"We have discussed with professionals, academics and lecturers from our universities to get opinions on our candidates and to gather from them valuable suggestions for the representation that would lead the race in the Tirana district. The Tirana district is the heart of Albania, all the great energy of wonderful people who deserve the most dignified representatives, where the combination of experience and youth will allow us to achieve the ambitious objectives that we have set for ourselves," said Manastirliu.
