The meeting between Prime Minister Edi Rama and Aleksander Vucic in Belgrade

Prime Minister Edi Rama met this afternoon with Serbian President Aleksandër Vucic.

Rama arrived in Belgrade a few moments ago as part of his Balkan tour to five countries in the region.

In Belgrade, the head of the Albanian government was welcomed by Vucic, with whom they shook hands as they posed for the cameras of dozens of local and foreign photographers and journalists.


Then they went to the office of the Serbian president, where they are expected to hold a meeting behind closed doors.

Rama and Vučič will attend a press conference after the meeting, and then they will hold a working dinner.

Belgrade is the last stop of Rama's tour after North Macedonia, Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro.

The leaders of these countries are expected to gather soon in Tirana at the summit that will be held within the "Balkan Process".
