Today, the presentation of the three finalist ideas of the International Competition of the Multifunctional Center and Information Stations for the Vjosa National Park is being held. 

Prime Minister Edi Rama is also present at the presentation.

During his speech, Rama declared that Albania needs luxury tourism, so that the income of ordinary people in the country can have a greater income.

" Vjosa and the national park is also a school for us to understand step by step how these two can coexist. How we should give a perspective to the communities that live on the border of the national parks, to understand that the developments are not impossible but should be done with a whole new and forward-looking sense. We need luxury tourism for the common people. Through luxury tourism, the common people also get the biggest income. We are in a phase of revising the areas of protected following a demand from an ever-increasing number of mayors who are conscious of nature conservation and under great pressure for economic development and the combination of the two is a must. Neither side fantasizes about opposing everything and even without question to touch everything in the name of development, should not prevent us from finding a harmonious balance. The Vjosa national park project invites us and will guide us ," said Rama.
